KZ Video Automation helps users create video metadata, process media files, and upload videos to connected platforms such as YouTube and Facebook.
Information We Collect
We may collect account information such as email address, upload history, connected platform status, usage counts, and files or links you choose to process.
How We Use Information
We use this information to run the dashboard, process videos, generate titles and descriptions, upload to connected platforms, show job history, enforce plan limits, and improve reliability.
Google And YouTube Data
If you connect YouTube, the app requests permission to upload and manage video metadata for videos you choose to send. We do not sell Google user data. Access tokens are stored for upload functionality and can be revoked from your Google Account.
Files And Temporary Storage
Local mode stores files on your PC. Live mode may use cloud storage for temporary processing. Twitch downloads and split parts can be deleted automatically after successful upload.
Sharing
We only share data with service providers needed to run the app, such as authentication, database, storage, AI metadata generation, email notifications, and connected upload platforms.
Security
The app uses account login, server-side API keys, token encryption support, upload validation, and secret scrubbing. No system can be guaranteed perfectly secure, so do not upload files you do not have rights to process.
Your Choices
You can disconnect platform access from your Google, YouTube, Facebook, or Meta account settings. You can also request deletion of account or upload records through the data deletion page.
