These terms explain the basic rules for using KZ Video Automation.

Use Of The App

You may use the app to process videos, generate metadata, and upload content to platforms you connect. You are responsible for the videos, links, titles, descriptions, and platform accounts you use with the app.

Content Rights

Only upload, transfer, process, or publish content that you own, created yourself, have permission to use, or are legally allowed to publish. This includes video, audio, music, images, clips, livestream recordings, titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, and any other material used with the app.

You are responsible for making sure your content follows copyright law, privacy rights, publicity rights, platform rules, monetization rules, and any other applicable requirements. KZ Video Automation is a tool that helps process and publish content; it does not verify ownership, licenses, permissions, or legal rights for you.

Do not use the app to upload copyrighted, stolen, harmful, deceptive, private, illegal, or policy-violating content. You are responsible for any claims, strikes, takedowns, disputes, penalties, account actions, or legal issues that result from content you upload or transfer.

Connected Platforms

When you connect YouTube, Facebook, or another platform, you authorize the app to perform the requested upload actions. Your use of those platforms is also controlled by their own terms and policies.

Upload history is a record that the app processed or submitted content to a connected platform. It does not guarantee that the content will remain public, available, monetized, or unchanged after upload. Videos may become unavailable if you delete them, change privacy settings, lose platform access, receive a claim, or if the platform removes or restricts the content.

Plans And Limits

The app may enforce upload limits, Twitch transfer limits, storage limits, and paid plan restrictions. Plan details may change as the product develops.

Subscriptions, Cancellations, And Refunds

You can cancel your subscription anytime from the billing portal. Canceling stops future renewals, but it does not automatically remove videos already uploaded to connected platforms.

If you are not satisfied, contact support within 7 days of your first payment and we may issue a refund. Refunds are reviewed case by case and are not guaranteed for accounts that used large processing volume, completed many uploads, violated platform rules, or misused the service.

KZ Video Automation is responsible for processing your request and sending upload actions to connected platforms. We are not responsible if YouTube, Facebook, Twitch, or another platform removes, blocks, demonetizes, restricts, or deletes content after upload.

AI-Generated Metadata

Titles, descriptions, tags, and chapters may be generated with AI. You should review output before publishing, especially for accuracy, safety, and platform policy compliance.

Availability

The app may fail, pause, or be unavailable because of local machine limits, cloud provider limits, platform API limits, service outages, or quota restrictions.

No Warranty

The app is provided as-is. It is your responsibility to verify uploads, descriptions, privacy settings, monetization settings, and platform compliance.
